Poor, I'll never go back!!! Dirty, and the worst service!

Absolutely incredible! Have been several times, and am more and more pleased every time I go. Food is always served hot and fresh, and the service is like no other. Every time I have been, the waitress' have always gone and above and beyond to ensure everything is great! I would recommend this place to anyone. Also, always nice to see the Green Pass by the Health Inspection, which I look for everywhere I go, and since that was implemented, Mexico Lindo Downtown has always had the Green Go Ahead. Keep up the great work Mexico Lindo, you will continue to see us back time and time again!

Food- lacking flavor- no spice to the food-the salsa served is heated up runny marinara. Enchiladas- flavorless. Anyone who has had real mexican food will be disappointed. One dish that does deserve some kudos- deep fried ice cream- most flavorful part of the meal.

Service- while the waitress was polite and friendly/quick it seemed as though everything we asked for was 'just out' not her fault but that would fall under service. Waitress was randomly mopping and cleaning and we did not see her washing her hands before serving up our food and drinks- did put us off a bit. We were also brought our drinks can inside an empty class- didn't seem overly sanitary.

Ambiance- Clean, Latin music playing. Not overly authentic in the decorating- felt like any other downtown restaurant with a few Mexican ish trinkets around. If I didn't know I was at a Mexican location I would have no idea by looking around.

Overall I would not return. I recommend the location in Whitby, have been there once and it is much more flavorful, the service was good and the ambiance is authentic. The Whitby location is always packed and after having been to both locations I can see why... This may be a irrelevant but the Whitby location is run by a Mexican group while the Oshawa location is not...that seems to make a difference in the flavor of the food.

I have only been there a few times but the food is great. I would recommend this place to anyone, not only is the food but the service is outstanding and very friendly.

The staff is pleasant, the prices are right and there's something to even cater to the pickiest of eaters (Don't see something for a child on the menu? As the waitress, she'll custom order something for you!)Can't say enough good things about this place!

Don't eat Mexican food anywhere else in Durham Region. This restaurant has a great menu, great staff and the best Mexican food outside of Mexico.

Excellent!! My husband and I go there all the time!! We drive an hour just to go there! Food and staff are fantastic!!

We really enjoy this location. The food is great, and is a great change to the norm. The service? Amazing. I don't know her name, but the waitress we had made the evening just fantastic. It's down-to-earth stuff, and we really enjoy it. Love it! It's one of our new favourite places to eat in Oshawa.

Went there a couple of weeks ago with out of town friends and they thought the Food was Amazing. Good portions, VERY tasty, GREAT SERVICE!!!!
I would absolutely recommend Mexico Lindo Oshawa over & over again to ANYONE!!!

Been to the Mexico Lindo in Whitby and Ajax, and I must say that Oshawa is MUCH cleaner and the food just seems to taste better. A Must See! Great service on top of everything else.

Julia one of the owners, is delightful and always makes sure you are happy. She is a real people person. As for the food, I have never had better, not only the taste but the presentation as well. The atmosphere is one to be remembered, music to set the mood, clean, crisp and memorable. Thanks for the great memories and delicious taste of Mexico. I will be back, over and over, you will get tired of seeing me.

Actually better food and easier/more parking - new management - personalized service and even better pricing. It is on Simcoe, just north of the Armory on the left-hand side.

Great for lunch during the week or dinner.
