Staff needs retraining or to be let go.
They are very rude and unprofessional.
In addition to that poor attitude, they cannot get the orders correct.

Very nice gals for the most part...especially older gals Susan and Patsy!
We, neighbours at Social Services, would like a re-useable cup, as we heard the Tiom Horton's at our sister office in Whitby , all got cups. This is a great idea, as not only good for the environment, but we do visit very regularily.
