Place is horrible. Customer service sucks. They make a mistake and customer service makes you feel as though it was your fault. Stay away in general.

I ordered a $40.00 platter of (Hot) wings from these people in August
and it took me nearly 6 weeks to finally be able to speak to a lady by
the name of Sheila.

The problem was simple, the wings they sent were not (Hot) wings but rather
wings soaked in a sloppy slew of BBQ sauce mixed with hot peppers. This is
NOT hot wing sauce.

The company did not offer even the slightest compromise or issue any credit
and the wings were the worst I have ever had. Sloppy and tasted bad.

The chicken also seemed under cooked, now I have to take them to small
claims court to get any satisfaction from this company.

A report to be presented today to the region's community services committee

We made a large order for a work site in North Oshawa. The men have a 30 minute lunch at noon, sharp. They were to provide cups, plates and napkins as specified when ordered. The delivery arrived almost 20 minutes late leaving only 10 minutes for the crews to eat. There were no cups available and when we called to complain about the service the operator was abrupt with no explanation. Rather than a rational conversation to discuss the service we had received, we were treated as problem customers. They made no effort to redeem themselves, no discounts or credits to encourage future business not even an apology.
