Had an opportunity to go out for supper tonight. Thought we'd try the Euro Chef (Oshawa) Got a combination plate of different foods ($18.95)and shared it. When the bill came they charged us $5.00 plate charge because we used 2 plates. Thought the waitress was joking at first...but she wasn't!! Not to mention that the food was not good! Will NOT go back.

took my friends to eat and was dissapointed. food used to be great but not so anymore. they lost me as a patron.

I think the food at Euro Chef is excellent. The staff try to please the customers, which I have seen, is not always easy. The portions are large and the service friendly. Having worked for years in the industry, I can understand that it is a multi levelled stress to work with so many people and items and agendas and do it consistantly...and still smile. Anyone who is negative should know that if they aren't happy before they go somewhere they will only find fault wherever they go. people should have a little paitience.IT IS NOT A PERFECT WORLD!
I have eaten there many times with my daughter and often get take out.sometime I wait longer than the norm, but look and see, the girl is trying to do her best not gabbing with the cook!

I have had many excellent meals here. The food and service are great. Love the perogies and cabbage rolls. The schnitzel is too large to fit on the plates if you are hungry........

this place used to be great...now not so much. Prices are too much and the food isnt that great. Wont be long before this places closes the doors, look out for the rude Polish lady!

not good, people smoking in the kitchen, incompetent staff. I heard that the husband used to run the joint until he passed. Now his wife runs the place. Too bad!

Good food and big portions. One platter is good for 2(for women)Goulash is not cooked hungarian way since they put celery on it but still ok.

This restaurant has the best looking & best tasting polish/hungarian etc. food in the WORLD with outstanding sized portions. TERRIFIC!!! This restaurant definitely makes downtown Oshawa less of an eyesore.
