Excellent food, excellent service and reasonable prices!! i have been eating at Teddy's at least once a week since 1986 and have never had a bad meal or poor service which is a tribute to the staff of Teddy's Deli, its the people working there that makes it what it is and truly great place to eat!

One of the very best places to eat. Even their dessert is no. 1. Wish we had one in Toronto.

As a customer of Teddy's for the past many years I was most upset last Friday, November 4 when I was there for dinner. My friend and I had ordered the $9.50 dinner that was chopped steak baked/mashed potatoes. When the order was taken
we had both said that we wanted our meat well done. When it arrived the blood was running out of it on both plated. The baked potato was not a baked but boiled with some kind of red sauce.When we received the bill it was not $9.50 but $13.75. I refused to have the meat taken back because I do not like greasy stake ( I do not eat stake) and opening a can of mushrooms and pouring them on the steak does not a very good looking presentation of food.
Sorry to say we will not be coming back. Please get a new cook that knows what they are doing or you will be loosing more customers.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to!

Teddy's restaurant has always been known to me and my family as delicious hearty fare, heaping portions and the speediest friendly service.however the last few times we have gone to eat at Teddys it has been a huge disappointment. We took friends visiting from Kansas for their famous Roast beef and after building it up to be tender and delicious we were disappointed and embarassed at the tough, tasteless meat that was served to us. All 4 of us had the same experience. When we told friends who also occasionally dine at Teddy's they said that there last few visits have been a real turn off.. turkey dinner that was tasteless, roast beef chewy and tasteless, spagetti that was overcooked and bland. What the heck is going on with Teddy's ....the only remaining feature seems to be the fast, speedy service. Food has definately gone downhill.

Excellent food. Ask for the house dressing on the garden salad. You can buy a bottle to take home.
